While the East Midtown Partnership serves all property owners, commercial tenants, residents, and visitors within the district, only Registered Members can vote for members of the Board of Directors (or serve on the Board), By Laws amendments, or certain other items affecting the corporation. The next Board election will take place at the 2022 Annual Meeting of Memebrship on Thursday, November 17, 2022.

     To become a Registered Member, please download and print a Member Registration Form, fill it out, and return it to our office no later than Monday, November 7, 2022. There is no cost or fee to become a Registered Member of the corporation.

     Please note that the property, business, or residential address of the registrant MUST be located within the legal boundaries of the district. Please see the map on our website for our approximate borders, and call 212-813-0030 if you're unsure.
